Speed Control Board
By2003 Frigidaire Front Load Washer(model#GLTF1040AS0): Not spinning at times in the final spin cycle,
The problem is the speed control board that will have to be replaced. I installed a new one, it worked great. Part#134306000

I had the same problem my washer would not spin at the end of the cycle. I replaced the speed control and it still does not spin at the end. it does everything else, washes, fills, drains, but it will just not spin.
Check the motor connector, i have seen that some of the pins back out.
