Outer Tub Assembly
BySears Kenmore made by Frigidaire(model#41743042200): Very loud banging sound when its spinning, and leaking water from the middle of the drum from where the 2 sides bolt together.
The problem is the Rear outer tub bearing and shaft seal is worn out. Also on some of these the spin basket spiders can break.
This is a major repair, its a complete teardown of the washer installing the new parts, it can be a 2-4 hour job.
