Maytag Dryer Heating Element
Posted by: | CommentsMaytag dryer(Model#LDE312 series 02): Not heating properly. I found the element had broken and it was touching the heater housing, which is a grounded element. This caused the heater to be on all of the time, and not letting the timer advance in the auto dry cycles. This problem also made it so just 120 volts was passing through the element causing the low heat condition.
I installed a new heating element, worked great.

Sears Kenmore Dryer Lint Duct
Posted by: | Comments1997 Sears Kenmore Dryer(Model#110.66822690): Unplugged dryer, then took the back access panel off, then removed the 4 screws that holds on the bottom section of the lint duct, then took off the 2 screws that hold it on from the top, cleaned it all out, re-installed, worked great.

The lint screen was worn out and broken, here is a new one that can be ordered:
