Sears Kenmore Refrigerator Evaporator(freezer) Fan Motor

Sears Kenmore Top Freezer(top-mount) Refrigerator(model#253.9284213): Not cooling at all in the refrigerator section and the freezer section is barely freezing. Found the evaporator(freezer) fan motor had gone out.
