Frigidaire Washer Loud & Leaking

Frigidaire Front-Load Washer(Model#FWT445GES2): Found the rear tub bearing is out and the middle tub seal leaking water.

You can either replace the complete outer tub assembly with the bearing already installed or if your really into a challenge just change the bearing alone as described here:

To me it is not worth the time. I would just replace the whole tub and avoid the hassle.
