Back from Vacation Oct. 18th 2004

Hi all,
Started the morning off with a
2004 Admiral Dryer Model#ADE7000AYW: Electrical smell when running, found motor not kicking into run windings, just running on start windings, motor is bad, ordered motor. No Charge, Under 1st year warranty. Part#31001589
Motor Assembly
P/N: 31001589

2002 Sears Kenmore Front Load Washer. Model#41742042100(Frigidaire built): Not Washing or Spinning, Found Rear Shell assembly bearing out, shock broken.
Its always a good idea to change the tub gasket seal whenever you change the rear shell bearing assembly.
The customer has a service contract, No charge. If they didnt have a contract , it would be very costly to repair.
