Sears Kenmore Top Freezer Refrigerator
2003 Sears Kenmore Top Freezer Refrigerator(Frigidaire built)(Model#25363722300): Leaking water in refrigerator section in defrost cycle, Needs upgraded ferrule, part#240365901, replaced, worked great.
This part is used in the evaporator section, it tunnels the defrost water to the defrost drain in the back control panel trough, down through drain line to the bottom drip pan.
The complaint the customer will say is happening is that defrost water is dripping on the top glass shelf of the Refrigerator Section.

Ice Maker Stopped

Happy Thanksgiving!
Remember not to use the self-clean lock latch to lock the oven door(If your oven even has one, when cooking a Turkey.

I went out on a service call the day after Thanksgiving and Somehow they locked the turkey in the oven on self-clean. The turkey incinerated after a few hours of white-hot baking.

I have replaced a few of these GE and Hotpoint Evaporator Fan Motors.
The main complaint will be a loud Knocking, clicking or ticking noise problem in the freezer section when the fan motor turns.

Kirkland Side By Side Refrigerator made by Whirlpool
2003 Kirkland Side By Side made by Whirlpool(Model#SS25AFXLQ01): Not Cooling in the refrigerator section, Found Ice build up in air supply and return ducts, also drain was clogged with Ice, Unclogged and De-Iced all Ducts and Drain, worked great. This is caused by either the Refrigerator or Freezer door left open, by accident for a long period of time. Food Items Packed In can cause the doors to hit the item and not close all the way.

Election Day, Nov. 2nd 2004
Rainy day here in Oregon,
2002 Sears Kenmore Front Load Washer(Frigidaire built)(Model#41743042200): Timer stalls just before final spin cycle.
There is a service flash on this problem:
Its says Sears Canada, but its a North America Problem, because i have seen this problem on many of these Sears Kenmore Front Load Washers.

I changed the motor controller board, part#134306000, worked great.

2004 Sears Kenmore Freezer on the Bottom(Amana built)
Model#59672254201 : Refrigerator Door gasket not sealing good on handle opening side, Found Middle hinge pin need a couple shims, to raise the refrigerator door, to prevent it from hitting the bottom of the refrigerator floor. Part#M0274057 Installed 2 shims onto hinge pin, worked great.
