Whirlpool Dishwasher Clean Light Blinking
Posted by: | CommentsWhirlpool Dishwasher (Model#DU1100XTPS3)
The clean light was blinking 7 times. I ohmed the heating element out, and it checked ok. The only other part that controls the heating element to cause the clean light blinking 7 times is the control board, I replaced it and problem solved.
This video explains about it:

KitchenAid Dishwasher Lock Light Flashing
Posted by: | Comments2005 KitchenAid Dishwasher(Model#KUDI02FRSS1): The control panel console lock light was flashing continually after it washed awhile in the normal cycle, then when the cancel button was pushed, it would drain and then the lock light would start flashing again.
This is caused by a stuck key on the console control keypad assembly.
ERROR MESSAGES
STUCK KEY:
If the control detects that a key is stuck in the depressed position,
dishwasher operation will be suspended and the control will flash
the light for that key until the condition is corrected. If a key without
a light is stuck or multiple keys are stuck, the control will flash the
Lock-Out light.
I installed a new console control keypad assembly, worked great.

Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Heating Element
Posted by: | CommentsSears Kenmore Dishwasher made by Whirlpool (Model#665.17032401): The clean light was blinking 7 times and the dishwasher would not start in any cycle, the only button that would work was the cancel/drain button, but then after it drained it would go back to the clean light blinking 7 times. This indicates a problem in the heating circuit, and the element being bad is usually the main cause. I installed a new one, it worked great.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Pump Impeller
Posted by: | CommentsWhirlpool Dishwasher(Model#DU910PFGB0): Making loud noise in the wash and drain cycles.
I found all kinds of glass and fruit seeds down in the pump impeller assembly, and the impeller was broken due to all that as well.
Installed new pump impeller kit, worked great.

KitchenAid Dishwasher Thermal Fuse
Posted by: | Comments2003 KitchenAid Dishwasher(Model#KUDS01FKSS01): The control panel display lights were all dead, nothing would come on. I turned off the house breaker to the dishwasher then opened up the control panel by taking off all the inner door screws, that will also release the front outer door panel.
Then I used my volt/ohm meter to ohm out the thermal fuse that’s attached to the control board to check for continuity. There was no continuity, so I replaced the thermal fuse assembly with the wiring that was included with it, thats a must, and it worked great.
