Hi,

Feel inside your ice maker, and see if all the cube clots are full of ice, if only half are or less, then thats the problem, your water pressure is to low to your refrigerator.

Let your water dispenser run a few seconds, then it should get cold.

Theres a small coil type water reservoir in your refrigerator section behind your crisper's, it doesn't hold much water, so its unable to stay cold for long after your run it..

As for the slow ice problem, try to make it colder in your freezer(turn your freezer temp. to a colder setting), that should speed the ice up.

ice is fine now but the water still is luke warm....if this thing is easy to get to can i get a biggter one? maybe a bigger holding tank?

i found it, it is covered by a form cover would it not be better for this to be uncovered?? and exposed to the colder air??? also it looks like i can just unhook the line and go to HD and get a roll of this stuff and splice the together with a coupler to make a longer storage roll if you will for for more colder water? right or wrong?

Nope, its correct were its at, don't try to modify it.

No water dispenser will have much cold water, you can see that coil type tank doesn't hold much.

It sounds like your ice maker inside mold is flacking off, you will need a new ice maker.

Here's the parts diagram for your model:
SQD25NBL
Diagram#3 Part location#3 is your ice maker assembly you can order.
