Default amana afd2525dew low water dispenser pressure

i am remodeling my kitchen and moved the refrigerator to its new location. i installed a new saddle valve about 10' away from the old one. i hooked everything up but now i have low pressure thru the dispenser. i tried working the needle on the saddle valve in and out a few times. i ran about a gallon of water thru to make sure there was no air. i took the filter out and still have low pressure. any thoughts. could it be a bad saddle valve? ice maker is working but the size of the cubes seem smaller.

Hi,

I don't recommend anyone installing the self-piercing saddle valve, as they tend to clog up alot even if you do get good water flow at first, but since your not even getting that, nows the best time to upgrade to the non-self-tapping saddle valve.

You drill a 1/4" hole into your pipe, then install this saddle valve over it.

You can order it here:
