Default Need help identifying Amana SXD23VE part
Hi everyone,

I found large puddles of water appearing under my Amana SXD23VE fridge.

I slid it out and found the part in this picture is where the water was leaking from:

The white plastic three-way nipple is broken.

Does anyone know what part can I purchase to fix this? I looked on RepairClinic but it wasn't clear what part or assembly I should order.

Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi Dax,

Yes, you will need the new water inlet valve that replaces that "Y" connector.

Dual water inlet valve, primary (before water filter). Replaces problematic plastic “Y” connector, includes instructions:
