Well I found the correct installation instructions for the compressor, hooked it up correctly, installed the new line dryer and everything is back to normal again and cold. (which is what I am really greatful for). Total cost was a bit more then I anticipated with the added expenses and all ($350) but still cheaper then a replacement fridge ($1100).

You probably know this already but keep a eye on the temps for a while. would hate for you to lose all your food.
