Default Amana dlw330raw belt change - help!

Have the new belt - washer in pieces following the directions on the appliance aid site, but I can't remove the pump from the motor to get the belt around the pulley. Thought I had better get advice before forcing it. I have removed the three torx screws, but it seems to be attached in the center. bottom of pump is sealed(?) Thanks for any help.

Thumbs up

I think it was seized with rust (former owner stored outside in Houston after belt broke) antiseize didn't work, so I forced the belt trough the only gap I could create. All fixed (hope I won't be back, but glad to know you are here!!)

Glad you got it jodob. Yes, even with the 3 torx screw removed from the pump, they can still be seized on tight, I lived in Corpus Christi, Texas from 1987-1993 then back in 1999-2000, I know all about stuff seizing in Rust!
