    Question Amana Oven Problem F3

    Hi,

    I have a Amana Self-Cleaning electric downdraft range ( Oven )
    Ref: # CARDS801WW P1131932NWW

    My problem is;
    I have an error code F3 « Open or shorted oven temperature sensor »
    ref: AMANA
    Range/Stove/Oven Fault Codes

    I replaced the oven temperature sensor, after a test, I have again it same error code F3 and also F2, and the oven stops .....

    Can you help me?

    Yes, the control board is the problem, its giving you a false reading saying the temp. sensor was bad.

    You will need a new control board, but they are pretty high in cost, and they are on back-order.

    Here is the one for yours:
