Default Lower element not heating up.

The model number is ACF4225AW and the oven will not get up to temperature. The element was replaced and still does the same thing.
Any info would be helpfull

Sounds like your control board is not sending voltage to your element.

You can check it with a volt meter at the element terminals in back of your range.
