Default water/ice dispenser not working

Our water dispenser on our s/s in door amana stopped working several months ago and we never fixed it. We had a new floor installed and had the refrigerator moved and the freezer door off for a few days. Now when we're trying to hook up the water line there is no water going to the door. The water pressure in the copper tubing from the main water line is of adequate pressure. We can see a broken plastic tube in the back of the refrig. near where the veggie bin would be. This must be the broken water line tubing that stopped a few months ago. What about the ice water line though? We don't see any water coming out of the plastic tubing on the front of the refrig. at the bottom, before it's attached to the door. Is it easy to replace the water line? We really want to get the ice cube line working again though. Mary

Mary, I need your brand and model number. Maybe this will help; look at the water valve behind your fridge. It's where your water supply connects. You'll see two white poly water lines comming off of it. One goes up the back of the fridge to your ice-maker. The other one goes up thru the bottom of refrigerator section to a water bladder or a large coil of the same water line. It goes back out the same place it came in. It then runs below the refrigerator to a connector by the lower freezer door hinge. Then it runs up through the door to the dispenser. Hope this helped.
Rick
