Default SRD26VW, No water past filter

I have an Amana SRD26VW. Water just stopped dispensing mid-fill. I have a good supply of water to the filter mount. Nothing past it though, to either water or ice. The water bottle is not frozen. With the silver pin depressed and air pressure applied to the water dispenser outlet, I do get flow out of the filter mount, but it takes about 50PSI. With the silver pin depressed and the water dispenser activated, I get free flowing water from the filter mount. I see no kinks in the lines.

When the water dispenser is activated, I can hear the pre-filter solenoid buzz, and can feel it vibrate. I hear and feel nothing, however, on the post-filter solenoid. I see the post-filter solenoid is powered by a splice from the pre, and the wiring looks good.

The water was dispensing for a long time (2+ gallons) when it stopped flowing, something the dealer said would not cause a problem. Did the post-filter solenoid burn out?

Default

Since they both work together, I always replace both myself, save alot of headache later down the road.

Here is a new secondary one for your model you can order:
Water inlet valve, secondary (after water filter)

Here is the primary one:
Water inlet valve, primary (before water filter)

Both of these parts can be returned within 30 days if it does not fix the problem.

Jake
