Default 1950's Kelvinator Freezer Condensation

I am looking for any suggestions for how to stop/prevent a early 1950's top freezer Kelvinator from building up condensation on the outside of the freezer door. This seems to originate from the very lower left hand corner of the freezer door near the handle. It doesn't appear to be a leaky gasket issue. Could this be an issue with the handle/latch? The actual handle does seem a bit loose.

If anyone has experience with older refrigerators and can help...THANKS
