Default Wilcolator M-2 oven temp thermostats

Hi,
I have two Wilcolator M-2 oven temperature thermostats from my 1937 Glenwood gas range that I'm refurbishing. They seem to be in good condition -- I haven't been able to test them due to the ongoing restoration.

Since I cleaned and relubricated all the burner valves, I'm thinking that it may be worthwhile to have the thermostats rebuilt (since they are so old and were covered in grease and rust when I got the stove).

Anyone here have any experience with rebuilders? Or am I better off just leaving the things alone and hope for the best? This is going to be our full-time stove and I want to make sure it's working as efficiently and safely as possible.

Many thanks.

Michael
