Well, I am most definetaly being punished by the Appliance Gods. Today my mother-in-law broke the control panel on my Maytag Range. Any ideas on how I can chage it out.

Thanks.

Hi,

The touchpad/control panel (http://www.pcappliancerepair.com/cgi-bin/promote-detail.cgi?item=74009986&brand=MAC&affiliate_id=AppBlog) is broke?

All you do is just make sure its unplugged first, then open the console from the back, then just install the [url="http://www.pcappliancerepair.com/cgi-bin/promote-detail.cgi?item=74009986&brand=MAC&affiliate_id=AppBlog"]new one (http://www.pcappliancerepair.com/cgi-bin/promote-detail.cgi?item=74009986&brand=MAC&affiliate_id=AppBlog).

Is this a common problem, I have this model and is the second time I need to call for malfunction, first time, warranty covered, but now a second time is not, 15 hundred is a lot of money for a range that just does not live up to its name, maybe the Maytag guy can go to quality control dept since he isn't doing much.
