Side by side hinge cam

The lower hinge cam just broke on our side by side-any secrets for getting the door off to replace it?

Model#? FF or FZ door?

Normally...remove all the food, remove upper hinge and lift off the door and lay it down on a table or the floor to access the hinge and hinge ride up.
