Hi Jake-
A small piece of chain (the kind that looks like bbs strung together) found its way down one of the little holes in the drum. It now making a "grinding" sound. How do you remove the drum to get it out? I have removed the front & top and an now stuck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Rick

Hi Rick,
Here's the parts diagram for your washer:
DLW330RAW (http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=YO6223WzStY&offerid=122738.624005838&type=10&subid=)
Diagram#1 Part location#2 is the plastic tub top you would need to unsnap to remove, then just remove the inner tub bolts.
Its possible the chain already got into the pump, take the belt off the motor pulley and run it in spin, if the noise is still present, then its in the pump.
Diagram#8 Part location#19 is the belt, Part location#20 is the pump.
Here's a help link if you need to remove the motor and pump:
