I had a problem with my furnace pilot not lighting but my blower fan would come on. I went out and bought a thermostat and it worked fine. 2 hours later I turn it on and everything working but the blower fan. Can anybody help?

Did you wire the new thermostat the same as the old ? :3:Also check the fan/limit switch combination. :)

I checked the fan limit switch and it made a click noise on the control board. It seems like it works but blower still not working. Any more advice

:3:A little better test would be with a "Multi Meter". The purpose of the fan/limit switch is two fold. It prevents the fan (Blower) from energizing until the furnace is warm enough so you do not circulate cold air. Secondly it limits operation if it gets to warm and there is no blower (kills the heat). :) This should help:http://customer.honeywell.com/techlit/pdf/69-0000s/69-0117.pdf
