Here is another agitator problem.

This one has the electronic timer and it will agitate on high speed but when on low speed the motor sounds as if it is cutting on, off, on, off, on, off.............! Everything else works fine.

I checked the voltage at the motor wiring harness and it is 120 vac constantly.

Motor or timer?

Thanks

G'day,

Most/all of these that i have seen are the motor...GE came out with a new motor kit to make it more reliable...

When the motor was cutting off and on, did the lights in your house dim? I'm hearing a clicking sound and the lights throughout the house are dimming.

Thanks,
Bob

No, there was not any lights dimming.

You may need an electrician to check it out.
