Amana Broken Glass Top

Hello,
I broke the glass top on my Amana Range by dropping a glass pitcher on it.

I believe the model# is AER5735QAB. I contacted the appliance shop where I bought the range and they ordered a new top ($300)for it and said it should be easy to replace by only removing two screws and unhinging the top. I fairly mehcanically inclined and would like to change this in order to save a few $. Does any one have an exploded view or instructions?

No manual that I am aware of....but this may help....

Remove power first!
Elements get transfered from the old to the new top.

Thanks for the image Jeff. I need to wait until the new one comes in to tackle this project. Should be a learning experience.
