dishwasher is 6 years old. already had 1 control panel replaced - ugh!
now, i'm seeing a degradation of cleaning almost overnight.
there is a white, oily film on any plastic dishes and all my flatware.
also seeing rust on my new (cheap) flatware and door of dw.
note - i switched from liquid detergent to electrasol powder.
i'm running a test cycle as we speak. it's been is wash mode for about 20 minutes so far with a "0" and the 2 blinking lights. at the beginning of this test, there was a "2" on the display.
any ideas before i spend a fortune for another service call?
