Hi, new to this forum. Tried search and did not find answer to this prob.
I suspect the dispenser door is not sliding open properly during wash cycle.
Use tablet soap. Often find cake of solid soap in the dispenser with closed door at end of cycle. Or find solid soap cake in bottom of DW and an open dispenser door. Dishes not clean on these occasions.
When I slide the door closed, the release lever does not open it. I cleaned and inspected.
Any fix available? Can I replace the dispensing unit? Thanks
