Water temp circuit problems

ALW895SAW - Water temp is not working properly.

Not sure how to troubleshoot the integral temp sensor @ mixing valve. The temp sensor is not open, or shorted, but I don't know what resistance values should be going back to temp control circuit board. I've got no schematic.

Mixing valves are fine / solenoids working. Voltages look good.
Maybe the circuit board is bad?

Any thoughts or pattern failures???
