my magic chef model 3868 xra oven will not heat the broiler element. the broiler hasn't been used more than a couple of times (other than an occasional oven cleaning) so i find it hard to think it is worn out. i measured 120v at either element end (with the broiler on or off) but no 240 v at both legs when called for. when i push the broil button i hear the control panel "click" like it's going to work but nothing. i've tried testing using the oven clean with no luck. please tell me it's not the expensive circuit board?? thanks
