Looking for parts to fix F1 error on Jenn-Air Range

We have a Jenn-Air dual fuel slide-in range with convection, model number SVD48600W.

When we cook big things (turkeys, lamb, etc), after several hours the oven turns itself off, locks itself closed, and flashes F1. This has happened 3 times, all during large dinner parties.

Our service manual fault codes table says for F1 errors: 'J2 harness shorted; if checks ok, change power relay board.'

We called to order a new 'power relay board' and were given two, differently named parts to choose from:
1. relay board with shield for downdraft (#400661)
2. relay board w/shield, bake, broil and convection (#400658)

Which is the correct part for our oven?

Should we also buy a new J2 harness? Ours looks OK (but beauty may only be skin deep).

For the fan only.

Correct.

Should we also buy a new J2 harness?

I did on mine as well.
