Smoke from Panel

I have a Frigidaire FDBB944CSO and when I got home I saw smoke coming out of it. It is less then two years old.

This could have burnt down my house, what should I do about this?

Frigidaire wants nothing to do with this. They want to charge us to look at it at $80 an hour. And then charge us the labor to fix it. They'll pay for some parts. At 160ish I might as well just buy a new one.

Likely over the one year warranty and probably still has an extended warranty on the control.

If too expensive to repair, shopping time!
