SHE66C fills back with water

I had to travel for almost a week to discover this problem with my brand new dishwasher. Everything works fine when is in function, it washes dishes as expected but somehow fresh water gets back into the machine once that the cycle is completed. The leak is somehow minor and this is why it took days to fill the bottom; I verified and it takes about 5 days to overflow.
Any ideas on what may cause this?

Hi,

Either the fill valve is not 100% shutting off and is weeping in a little water all of the time = new fill valve time....or the drain is allowing some water backwards into the d/w.
