Disposal Stopped

Had a fridge go down during the day, so I was dumping some ice cream and veggies down the disposal. It just shut down, no chugging or anything. I cleaned it out the best I could, and ran a lot of hot water through it. Water goes through fine, and the blades all spin, along with the center drive when coaxed by hand. But, when power is applied I get nothing. I tried three different outlets too.

I thought there was supposed to be a hex tool down below, but I don't see it...:(

Some have a spot on the bottom to put a hex tool into to manually turn the disposal incase it was jammed, not all do.
