oven/broiler does not work on Whirlpool SF139LEKQ

My gas oven/broiler stopped working, I looked up the error code and it read "EO FO". I replaced the control panel. Oven/Broiler still does not work. Cooktop however is still working. My wife wants her oven back. She says it is hard to cook without them and the toaster oven only goes so far. Thanks for your help.

You will need to replace the control board.

Please check your model# again, I can't get any info to pull up from that model#.

Sorry about the wrong model#. The correct number is SF379LEKQ. Is the control board the part with the clock and all the oven buttons on it? If it is, I replaced it with a new one and it still does not work. Could the new one be bad?

Yes, thats the control board, not the control panel. So if you already replaced that and it doesn't work, same error code?

Yes, the part you posted (#6610324) is the part I replaced. I still get the same error code with the new part.(EO-FO-) The new one was packaged poorly. Could sliding around it the box during shipping have damaged it, or are they fairly sturdy. It does seem odd that the new one would have the same error code if it was damaged in shipping. Yes, if it was packed poorly, it may even be a used one from someone else's range that got sent back and not checked out, and got mixed in with the new control boards. I used to see this happen alot when I worked at Sears.

Were did you buy that part at?

I bought it at a local appliance parts house here in Sacramento Ca. They did not carry it in stock and ordered from someplace in St.Louis. Thanks again.
