Refigerator re-sale

I would like to know what I should sell my 2001 Maytag refrigerator for (26 cubic sq ft). I'm looking to sell it with my house. I have had no past problems with it. It is a side-by-side with water and ice dispensor.

I don't know what model you have or what kind of shape its in but here are some guidelines that I use at my shop. Start with half of what you paid for it, add $50 if its black or stainless. Dents or scratches on the outside subtract $50. Broken or missing parts on the inside subtract $50. Subtract $25 for every year over 5 years. Hope this helped.
