Leaky Gasket

I have a 2 month old front load washer model #wcvh6260 that has a hole in the door gasket, looks like it may have been pierced by something have 3 girls in the house so bobby pins in the pockets is normal, any way can this be repaired and would it be covered by warranty, gasket looks pretty aged for only being 2 months old is this common ?
