Hi Guys,

I have a Whirlpool rbs275pdq11 wall oven that I am having huge problems with. After a electrical storm a few months ago, our oven would heat and atumatically lock the door. I replaced the heat sensor, but then the oven would not heat at all. After I replaced the thermal fuse, I recieved a fr error calling me to replace the micrcomputer. Today after repacing the microcomputer I am now getting the e1 f2 error. The ribbon connection between the panel and the computer is extremely tight. I never had a suppresor on the oven and was wondering if the problem was around that area, wattage coming in to the house or what. The buttons were working just fine, now they do not work at all?

I am very lost.

I would say if the buttons are not working at all, then you would need a new touchpad control panel assembly.

Here is the one for your model you can order:
