Hey Guys,
I have a GE Prodigy Top load washer. Model number WPSE4200A0WW.
It started to act up so I opened up the control panel and ran diag on it. All the systems are fine EXCEPT it is telling me it has a faulty thermistor.
I called up GE to get some info and they told me the thermistor is built into the board and it needs to be replaced as a whole. But the rest of the functions and systems in the test mode work perfectly. Does this seem right? I thought maybe just a bad signal from the sensor? I have no clue where the sensor would be though. Any ideas what I should replace or where I should look. I can take pics if needbe. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

The fill valve appears to have a thermistor built into it...
