Water flow problem in Frigidaire Model RS-??

Hello,

I have a Figidaire frig with water and ice dispenser. I amnot sure of the model but the frig and freezer are side-by-side. Everything was working fine until one day the water stopped running and the ice was not being made. I cheked the filter and it was clean. The water is being fed to the frig into a blue colored contraption (solenoid ??) after which there is no flow. Could this device be malfunctioning or shot? Or is it something else?

Could be a water valve problem or a low water pressure problem from your plumbing to the refrigerator.
