The water level pressure switch (http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=1265&N=771433) failed, the GE repairman came - diagnosed the problem - ordered the replacement parts, which I have and is not available to fix the machine for a couple weeks. I've searched the internet for directions and can't find any. Can you provide instructions to replace the switch and the pressure switch hose (http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=1265&N=279915)?

Yes,
Take out the 4 #11 screws as seen here:
http://www3.sears.com/imaging/ImagePageJava.shtml?productTypeID=0153200&brandID=0432&modelDesc=WASHER&modelNumber=WPSR3100W0WW&documentID=E2134517&documentTypeID=PLDM&documentClassCode=PV&titleType=CONTROLS%20%26%20BACKSPLASH&titleID=00001
Then that control panel will tilt forward, then #10 is your water level pressure switch, just unmount it, then #811 is the hose, just replace it.
Take off the front panel assembly to replace the hose from the outer tub as described here:
