Our Bosch Nexxt DLX washer started to develop a ticking noise when going to the spin mode after I reinstalled the washer.
Basically I had the same issue as many people encounter when having a front loading washer on "wood" floor. Lot's of vibrations throughout the house.
I successfully got rid of the vibrations adding a 1 inch MDF board underneath as well as the special pads that can be found.
However, after putting it back the washer developed a ticking noise when in high spin mode. I can see that the drum has a lot movement/imbalance during the high spin mode. I'm afraid that the drum is touching something inside the machine. Does anyone else have such a ticking noise?
How could I open the machine to check the drum? Is there a service manual available?

Could it be that I damaged soemthing during the move? E.g. the springs or dampers?

BTW. It seems somewhat difficult to balance the machine. Mainly because the machines top isn't entirely flat. Although, I believe I manged to balance it with averaging. But ideas are welcome.
