Need help! Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher

My dishwasher is not shooting out water! I am trying to clean the filter but I can't seem to get it out. I removed the 3 long screws and the propeller looking thing, but I still can't get it to come out. Is there something else I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!:)

Which parts, by numbers listed, have you removed so far?

I have removed 23, 24 and the 3 long screws which are # 29. It seems like the filter should just lift off but it doesn't.

You now have to take off #25, #27, #28.
