Put in a new motor after the old one died due to waterleaking on it from a bad seal. The machine fills ok, the heater element is ok, butthe new motor won't start up to go through the cycles. The control panel shows the different stages. The motor is good andthe electrical connection is fine though.
Did a cancel to pump out the water and the motor runs for about 5 seconds and stops.:)
Thanks

I don't see how that is possible. If the motor IS getting power, it should be working. If it IS getting power but not working, it may be defective or miswired (or at the very least jammed up). If it is NOT getting power, it obviously won't work in which case its power supply would have to be checked.
Someone will likely have to confirm if power is actually getting to the motor or not. That should point to the cause of the problem.
BTW. Did you replace just the motor (and its seal) or the complete pump and motor assembly (see the following link)? If the former, I might suspect a problem in the way it was reassembled.
