Frigidaire Gallery won't clean dishes

I have a 7 year old Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher (model GPDB998JC0) that stopped cleaning dishes a couple of days ago. The hot water temp going in was only 110, but it didn't heat it any higher than that once in the machine (I checked 3 times during the different cycles). I checked the resistance of the heating coil and it was 14.8 ohms, and I saw somewhere online the 15-20 was the norm.

any suggestions?

Its possible that you control board that sends 120 volts to your heater is out. I would test the voltage at your heater when its heating.
