Default Bosch SHU5302UC gremlins

My Bosch SHU5302uc dishwasher has been acting up lately... First, my wife claims that it has not been cleaning as well over the past couple months. Then, the little plastic tab behind the regular wash button broke so we are now using econo or super wash cycles. (The piece fell out when I was following some of the advice on this forum in an attempt to identify the problem)
Next, it would not drain all of the water out of the bottom. I scooped and sponged the water out of the bottom and removed a couple popcorn kernals from the fins of the drain outlet. It seemed to work for approximately a week. Now it runs and stops at 1, not returning to CL, but the pump is running. I read that this could be a heating problem and that there could be a burn on the circuit board and this is something that I could repair. I removed the two boards and there were no burn marks. The previous owner of the house, thus the purchaser of the dishwasher, told me that he had the board replaced once already. I ran the self test and the codes show a '0'. I disconnected the drain hose and ran the rinse cycle and lots of water drained into the sink from the drain hose. There is still water in the bottom though. I am going to read more about drain float getting jammed. Could there be more than one problem? Christmas dinner is at our house this year...help please. TT

Hi TT,

There are very few techs that work on Bosch products, I'm trying to find you some help for this issue.

Oh crap, just bought and installed a new dishwasher to replace the Bosch and found out the Y-pipe into the drain was clogged. Used all advice forwarded on this forum, checked floats, drain lines, circuit boards, error codes. Thanks anyways.
