Dishwasher starts cycle, stops, starts again, stops ect ect
Brand:
Bosch
Age:
1-5 years
My dishwasher was recently showing all the telltale signs of the circuit board problem. Increased cycle times, cycle hanging on 1 minute and finally the dishwasher would power up and start for 5-10 seconds and shut off for five second, the start back up for a couple seconds then shut off again.
So I pulled it apart and low and below the relay was blown. I had the board re-soldered and fired the dishwasher back up and it did a normal wash at 140 minutes. Ok that seemed a little long but it did the job and washed the dishes nicely. Fired it up again tonight for the second load since the re-soldering. The display showed 111 minutes. Ok that seemed to be back to normal! Then, the starting and stopping procedure started up again???
Any idea what the problem could be as I've just had the board fixed so I'm not sure what it could be...
