My dishwasher wouldn't drain, and I found debris in a small plastic part that connected the drain hose from the tank to the external drain hose. I cleaned it out, but putting the dishwasher back together, there is a part I can't remember where it goes. It is a white translucent plastic part about 6 in long, 3 in wide, and 1 in thick. It looks like a cover of some kind. Where does it go? I have included a jpeg picture of the part.
A little new I guess for the online stuff, only SHU43C05UC/17 SHU43C05UC/14 would come up.
Only thing I could see close is possibly #1, #7, #14 cover - picture is linked here.
Actually, I think it looks like part #34 in your diagram. From the exploded picture, I think it fits over #35. The next time I am in there, I will check that.
