leaking DW
Brand:
Bosch
Age:
1-5 years
Hi,
For a start- the DW is actually a Siemens, but it has identical insides to some Bosch models.
During the wash cycle- it literally shoots a jet out from the hole shown on the linked pictures.

Does someone know for what this hole is meant for? I assume that it has to be for some kind of pressure vent- so I can not cover it.
To my knowledge the water tap should be clean enough to receive the outputted amount of used water and the water output line should be hydro-staticaly correct shape and length.
I'd appreciate any advice.
Thanks,
Erik
