Our dishwasher's door won't stay open unless we pull the bottom rack out onto it; it always springs to closed. It's our builder's responsibility, but that's slow, so I'm hoping there's an easy, quick fix. I've played with the large screw in the middle behind the toe kick, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks in advance.
