MJS Westinghouse is on a distinguished road
Default Working, early1950’s Westinghouse Refrigerator

We have a Westinghouse refrigerator that has never missed a minute of run time and is used to keep beverages cool and overflow freezer items. Because of a move to downsize, we will not have any room for it in the new location.

We have owned this refrigerator since 1957 and it was used at the time. The box is in really good shape, needs some paint touch up and a good cleaning. The lower drawers have long ago been lost, but the original racks are still used. It runs like a top and we have never needed to have a service person look at it. We would entertain a discussion about selling it. I see refurbished 1950’s era refrigerators are being used to dress up homes and use as novelty furnishings… they don’t come cheap. Any interest in this one? We can provide pictures (I’m sure there is a model/serial plate somewhere and because it is still in use, we have not turned it over to check it out yet).

Would have been interested to have a talk regarding this but then dont you think the time factor of the refrigerator since the time it commenced operations has been too much? Its good to hear though that its still operational. Do quote an expected price that you wish to sell it for and also if you could post some pictures or even have them send at my mail account. It has been a month long now since you posted this, so if its not gone already feel free to communicate.
